A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Bailey and I have a variety of experiences working with children 4-17. I love working with kiddos and getting to see their personalities and moments of growth! I have worked in the school setting for 2 years working with kids 5-10 years old individually. During my time with the kids, I would get to engage with them doing fun activities with the main goal being to improve their reading and comprehension skills. I have also worked with a company for the last 6 months that specializes in care for children with behavioral issues. While at this job I would work individually with a variety of kids 10-17 years old who had varying diagnoses which affected their behavior. I am currently a junior at Concordia College double majoring in Social Work and Psychology with a minor in Interfaith Studies. I would say I am a very positive, hardworking, and reliable individual. I absolutely love spending time outdoors and keeping busy with a variety of activities!
