I have babysat/nannied for several families in the past. I have also worked in daycares. I have not worked in childcare for a couple of years now, but I am looking to get back into it while I am going back to school.

I enjoy doing things indoors and outdoors. I like going to children's museums, parks, going on walks, splash pads, movies, doing crafts inside, imaginative play, or anything else fun! I cater to what the children and families enjoy.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I would say some of my favorite moments (too many to pick one), would have to be working with kiddos that struggle with new people and the moment when they finally feel comfortable with you. I worked with a 1.5 year old and his guardians weren't able to leave him with anyone because he would get so scared (had a lot of trauma in his first 1.5 years of life), but it got to the point where they could leave him with me and he would be excited to stay with me. Whenever I would see him, he would come running up to me and would ask for me to come watch him, even when I wasn't there.
