A little bit about me

I’m a 20 year old college student with at least 4 years of babysitting experience! I am an school to become an EMT and am first aid/CPR certified. I have a 4 year old nephew I often babysit. I’m a published author and even though sometimes I like to stay inside and read, I love a good adventure in the outdoors! Biking, going on hikes, and walking my family dog are some of my favorite activities. I also love all animals (I have experience with most animals, as I have owned several all my life) and don’t mind to clean at all. I have never smoked, do not drink, and I have a license and my own car. I am looking for a live out nanny situation, though I am fine with regular full-time sitting as well.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked as an instructor at a horse camp over several summers to teach young children how to ride and care for horses. I managed up to fifteen children with a few other adults wandering the premises around a large barn!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love reading books to children and helping them with their letters, words, and enunciation, but my favorite activity to do with kids is to get them to go outside and play!

The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters most to me is a child feel safe, loved, and happy while their parents are out working to provide for them. I put emphasis on a child's relationship with their parents as family bonds are very important to me!
