I’ve spent 15 years teaching grades K–3, so I’m very comfortable with the energy and curiosity that come with this age range. I’ve also started and led after-school clubs, so I love coming up with fun, creative activities that keep kids engaged and excited!

I love getting outside for walks and park time as well as doing arts and crafts, reading stories, and building things together. I enjoy creating fun, hands-on activities that spark imagination, like simple science experiments, games, or themed play. I also like incorporating calm moments into the day with mindfulness or gentle yoga. Overall, I try to keep things balanced between active and creative, so that kids can have fun and feel supported in the process!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny, to me, is building a strong, trusting relationship with both the child/children and the family. I want everyone to feel safe, seen, and genuinely cared for, while also supporting their growth, independence, and confidence. It’s about showing up with patience, consistency, and a sense of fun each day, and creating an environment where kids can be themselves, explore, and feel supported every step of the way!

I have experience working with children with diverse needs, and I approach each child with patience, flexibility, and a lot of care. As a former teacher, I’ve supported students with different learning styles, sensory needs, and emotional regulation challenges, and I understand the importance of meeting each child where they are. I focus on creating a calm, supportive environment, using clear communication, structure, and mindfulness tools to help kids feel safe, understood, and confident.
