A little bit about me

I graduated from NDSU in may of 2022 and double majored in exercise science and psychology. I am 25 years old and have been babysitting and nannying for about 10 years and now have a baby of my own. I worked at an in-home daycare where we cared for 8 children 2 and under. I hope to someday get my doctorate in occupational therapy and work in pediatric occupational therapy. I love working with any age group and finding fun, educational activities for the children to participate in.

I love trying new things and learning what the children love to do! I especially love being outside and active!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I feel it is important to care for the children as if they are my own. Parents put a lot of trust into a nanny to care for their children and my goal is to do the absolute best I can to help them learn and grow!

My experience with special needs children...

I worked one on one with a 4 year old who had autism at one center I was at. I have also had a few psychology courses that I have learned about different disorders and would love to do more research if needed! My goal is to be the best care giver no matter the level of need!

The most important part about being a nanny...

There are way to moments to chose just one! A major one that sticks out in my mind is when I taught one of the kiddos how to ride their bike without training wheels in one afternoon! She was so proud of herself!
