For me, the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can truly thrive. Safety is always the foundation-both physical and emotional-and from that security, children can explore, grow, and learn with confidence.
I value problem-solving, teaching social and life skills, and guiding children with patience and positivity. My goal is to inspire and encourage them daily-to help them see their strengths, try new things, and feel proud of who they are becoming.

I have supported children with a wide range of learning and developmental differences, including dyslexia, autism spectrum disorder, ADD/ADHD, depression, and emotional or behavioral challenges .Over the years, I've identified needs, monitored progress, and thoughtfully adapted lessons, routines, and environments to ensure every child feels understood and capable My approach combines structure, patience, and empathy-helping children build confidence, independence, and a sense of calm within consistent daily care.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite teaching moment happened while I was leading a small class of six second graders at a private school along the Florida coast. During a field trip to the ocean to study sea life, we discovered a baby sea turtle struggling to reach the water. Because a nearby Turtle Rehabilitation Center was just down the road, we brought the tiny turtle back to our classroom for gentle observation as we learned more about sea turtles and their habitats.
The next day, we delivered our little visitor to the center, where the children learned firsthand about wildlife rescue and how to track rehabilitated turtles after release. Their excitement and compassion were contagious-watching their curiosity turn into care and stewardship for the natural world was truly unforgettable.
