I volunteered and had clinicals it's several facilities and different programs created for children with various special needs. I recently have cared for children with autism and physical disabilities (congenital amputation) on a 1 on 1 basis.

I have come to work every morning walked to same baby girl in her bed and she grins when i get her up. That started when she was 2 months old and she still does it.
