In addition, I have experience as a Lead Preschool Teacher, planning structured lessons and maintaining a nurturing and organized environment. My foundation in childcare began early while assisting in my mother’s daycare, which strengthened my understanding of child development and effective family communication.

I enjoy planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that support development and creativity. This includes outdoor play, nature walks, arts and crafts, sensory activities, reading together, imaginative play, and hands-on learning experiences. I also enjoy incorporating simple educational activities such as early literacy, basic math concepts, and practical life skills into everyday routines to make learning natural and fun.

The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment where children feel secure, understood, and supported. Building trust with both the child and the parents is essential. When children feel emotionally safe and cared for, they are able to grow, learn, and thrive.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was watching a child who was initially shy and hesitant slowly build confidence and trust with me. Seeing them go from uncertainty to running to greet me with excitement each day was incredibly rewarding. Being part of those developmental milestones and knowing I helped create a safe, nurturing space for them is what makes being a nanny so meaningful to me.
