The most important thing about being a nanny is putting the kids first and there needs. They need to feel wanted and loved all the time even when they don’t get to see mom and dad all the time.

I worked with a couple of kids that every night when there parents were coming home the kids played hide and seek with the parents and they would hide in different spots every night and jump out and scare mom and dad they just thought that was the funniest thing even thought mom and dad were ready for it every night they enjoyed it and it made the kids so happy and I loved that.
