I supported students as a Teacher’s Aide and Tutor by helping with academics, language development, and creating positive learning environments. I also worked closely with families to connect them with educational and community resources, while providing guidance and support tailored to each child’s needs.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I planned and led engaging activities for TK students that focused on early literacy skills such as learning letters, letter sounds, handwriting, and beginning reading through games, songs, and hands-on learning activities. I also supported fine motor skill development through creative activities like tracing, cutting, coloring, sensory play, and interactive movement games. My experience working with children with special needs includes using de-escalation and calming techniques to support children when they become overwhelmed or overstimulated.
