A little bit about me

My name is Brenna Oneill! I have a total of 11 years of child care experience. I have worked at childcare centers as well as I was a babysitter for multiple families throughout my middle school and high school career. I am passionate about working with children and watching them grow and I am just trying to find the best fit for me! I took time off at the beginning of the pandemic from my child care job because my father was very ill. On October 2 of this year, he unfortunately passed away. The one thing he always taught me was to find a good fit for myself in a career that I can stay at for a long time. So that is what I am trying to do! I am trying to find a family to help grow and learn all of the exciting things there are in this world and nurture them through play.

I love having fun in and outside with the children! I love coming up with new ideas to try and new games. I love letting the kids express themselves and let loose. I feel kids learn the best though play so I really encourage them to be themselves and have some fun!

Being a positive influence on the kids and showing them that they are capable and can achieve anything they want with a little effort.

My favorite moment while in child care is definitely when the one child who was extremely attached to mom, finally opened up to me and enjoyed her time away from mom. She ended the day saying she loved me and that warmed my heart.
