A little bit about me

I am a recent graduate of OSU with a bachelors in Business Administration and a double minor in Psychology and Human Development and Family Science. I am in my first year of teaching with the Clackamas County Children's Commission Head Start Program as a lead teacher. I am currently teaching 3-5 year olds but am open to all ages. I am in the process of completing a class at CCC on Prenatal, Infant & Toddler Development and will be continuing my education in this area and will likely be pursuing my early childhood education certificate. I am looking for a summer nanny position since the agency I teach at lays teachers off during the summer. I would like to continue working and am open to part time and full time. I may need some flexibility in the schedule as I am also a musician and typically have weekend (Friday-Sunday) gigs.

Currently a head teacher for Clackamas County Children's Commission Head Start. I work with 3-5 year olds and their families. I also taught at a modeling and acting school in Portland called Barbizon for about 7 years and worked with kids from 6-19. I have babysat numerous neighbor kids growing up as well from about the age of 1-6.
I have a minor in Psychology and Human Development and Family Sciences.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to read and draw/color with kids. I have pets and grew up outdoors so being outside is great. I greatly enjoy music so will make sure that is always an option. Movies are great and have their place. Anything arts and crafts and educational is great!
