I believe it’s extremely important to connect with the child(ren) on a personal level and a level they understand. It’s a big responsibility to care for another persons child and I want them to feel safe with me all while having fun and doing activities they love to do!

Unfortunate I do not have any experience in caring for special needs children. I am always willing to learn though!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment is from the baby I previously cared for. She loves to eat. Anytime she’d sit in her high chair, I’d lean forward and she’d put her little hands on each side of my face and pull me in and just smile. She’s a total sweetheart.
Another moment is from a nine year old boy I occasionally watch in Santa Barbara. He loves to play most of the time I’m with him. We always have pillow fights, nerf gun wars, do yoyo tricks, and watch all of his favorite movies.
