I think the most important part about being a nanny is being less of a “babysitter” and more of a parents-helper. I love to feel useful and needed. I think it’s important to follow the normal routine and flow of the day in the child’s home, and help wherever necessary. It is important and essential to make sure the child in my care feels comfortable and loved as if I were a member of their own family
