Activities I enjoy doing with children...
For children, I am a huge (classic) Disney fan. I'm a fantastical story teller (I love using funny voices to draw kids into a story)! I love to do crafts, and would be happy to teach your (age appropriate) child(ren) to cook and bake! I also have 30 credits towards my degree in special and elementary education, and would be happy to assist with school work and projects.
For adults, I am happy to sit and listen to old stories, I will play card games and dominos (which I can provide), or we can sit and watch TV. Whatever keeps them comfortable and happy! I also have a set of physically and mentally stimulating games to keep your loved one active both in mind and body!

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important aspect of being a caregiver, rather it be for a child or adult, is the bond you create while getting to know the person. Learning about their lives, their quirks, their perspectives. People are so perfectly different, it is amazing to see the world from the viewpoint of others.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a younger sister (7 yrs my junior) with autism. I have also worked (in school) with special needs children. I am currently 30 credits in to a special and elementary education degree!
The most important part about being a nanny...
There was a senior center that I used to volunteer at. During holidays I would dress up and bring treats to the center. Approaching the people who lived there to offer a cookie and a hug were some of the most gratifying moments in my life. Such a simple gesture brought light to so many hearts. The vibrant smiles and warm embraces I so frequently received in return were such a rewarding honor!
