I have cared for many family and friends kids since I was around 10 years old. I am also a complete baby lover but enjoy any age group.

I love crafting, coloring, being outside as much as possible, playing games, making forts out of blankets, puzzles and the list goes on and on!!
The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters to me most about being a nanny is building a strong relationship with the kiddos, learning and understanding all personality types, calmly being able to guide and set a positive example in any good or bad situation. I’m huge on asking questions and figuring out and discussing with the child why situations happen and how we are going learn from it or move forward instead of lecturing and telling them they are wrong or misbehaving etc.
My experience with special needs children...
I work in a pediatric dental office and interact with special needs children daily. I’ve never cared for special needs children privately but I did care for my grandmother for 2 years 24/7 during her battle with cancer. I am willing to learn and understand any special needs situations.
