Activities I enjoy doing with children...
One of my favorite activities is testing childrens knowledge by showing them pictures of various subjects, such as space, animals, food, and nature. I am often pleasantly surprised by what they can identify and enjoy explaining things they haven't seen or don't understand. Recognizing that children may not always be interested in such activities, I also enjoy engaging them in crafts, building, outside time, and dancing.

What matters most to me as a nanny is the ability to create a strong bond with both the child and their family. I am dedicated to providing the child with the utmost love, care, knowledge, and laughter that I can offer!
My experience with special needs children...
While I don't have extensive experience with special needs children, I have spent some one-on-one time with children on the autism spectrum. During these interactions, I've learned the importance of patience, understanding, and effective communication. These experiences have given me a deeper appreciation for the unique challenges and strengths of children with special needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One night when I was watching the 4 boys I babysat for, they had all been put down for bed and usually they were good about staying in bed but this one night the toddler quietly snuck out of bed and managed to get a package of powdered donuts from the cupboard. By the time I heard anything I peaked out into the kitchen and we immediately locked eyes. Classic "oh no I got caught" look on his face along with powdered sugar covering his mouth and cheeks. I couldn't help but laugh and he began to laugh with me. Every once in a while kids do that one thing they know they shouldn't and you can't help but laugh because how silly they can be.
