Caring for someone's children is a big role to take on, and if you can't handle the responsibility, you won't last. Being trustworthy is super important because trust lays down the foundation for any relationship ( work relation, friendship, partnership, etc.) And it's important to be a great role model because kids look up to you. Whether you realize it or not. And you want to set the best example for them!
