Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked in the childcare setting for 8 years. The first 3 I worked in a childcare and the last 5 I have been a nanny! I have worked for numerous families babysitting and doing overnights. I am also the oldest of 3 so I’m well versed with all ages. I have experience taking care of 5+ children on my own so I feel confident in my abilities to keep everyone safe and happy!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I believe outside play and adventures are so important. There are many things I love to do with my nanny kids, including lots of walks, bubbles, bike rides, parks/playground, museums, library storytimes, trips to the farm and local pools! When indoors, I love to read books, do arts and crafts, learning activities, imagination based play, forts, circle time and songs. Sensory activities are also so important based on the age of the kiddos!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny for me is being able to create a space that is comfortable and safe for my nanny kids. Prioritizing learning through every developmental stage is number one. Making sure to hit milestones and building a strong foundation of trust is my greatest strength. I intend to take care of your children as if they were my own! Trust between myself and parents are also very important.

My favorite nanny moment is when I took the kids to see Santa. Their faces of pure joy and wonder are something I will never forget! It was so special taking them to experience the innocence in believing in magic.
