A little bit about me

Hello,

My name is Brittney Hughes, I am a 25 year old woman with a passion for caring and educating children. I have been in this field since I was a child. My parents run a nonprofit and a family home for children on the autism spectrum. So from an early age I learned about the proper way to communicate, empathize, and care for other people.

I currently work at British Swim School as a survival based instructor. I am lifeguard instructor certified, with a current cpr/First aid/AED certification. I am prepared for any and all emergencies. I am also working towards obtaining my CDA (Child Development associates)

I put a huge emphasis on communication. Teaching children how to express their feelings and get want they need and want by making “good choices”. Learning communication skills at an early age helps with future interactions as adults.
