Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a volunteer at Sunday school at my church for grades 1-5 for several months before I moved. I was also a volunteer and leader at a youth group for grades 6-12. I was a tutor for elementary-aged kids when I was in high school as well.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to do crafts with kids! Any kind of crafty things to do with children are my jam! I also love to do baking with children, as long as they’re old enough! Just simple things like letting them mix the cookie dough or brownie batter! I also really enjoy being outside, whether it’s going to a park or just riding bikes down the sidewalk, being outside is one of my favorites! Some other smaller things I love to do with children is read, draw, sing, and dance.

I am 21 years old and I am in college for early childhood education. In december of 2025 I graduated with my associates and now I am going for my bachelor’s. I currently work at a daycare and my position there is the lead 3 year old teacher. I have worked at the daycare for a little over a year, but looking to be a full time nanny! My goal after graduating is being either a kindergarten or first grade teacher! I have my CPR certification and I have my first aid certification. I love to make sure children feel safe, protected, comfortable and happy. I also strive to create a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where the kiddo(s) feel they can truly be themselves, knowing that I will be there to support them!
