I started my childcare experience in a home daycare then nannied for a few families as well as babysat throughout college!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
For outdoor activities I love to take walks, maybe enjoy a botanical garden, or if we're staying home then getting out the chalk, riding bikes, intensely watching ants do ant things! When it's an inside day it's the perfect time for puzzles, forts, 'house' and whatever other games we're interested in that day!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Not just teaching them but also learning from them, recognizing them as human beings just the same. It's so important to give kids a safe space to grow and learn as they navigate the world around them. How blessed are we to get the opportunity to be a part of their growth!

Very little experience but willing to learn and grow if it feels like the right fit.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I nannied a boy who was 4 and OBSESSED with dinosaurs, to the point he would make dinosaur noises instead of answering you with words, haha! It never got old watching him walk around with his hands pulled in as he wobbled around roaring like a dinosaur. Plus, I got to learn tons of cool facts, bonus!
