The most important part of being a nanny is respecting children. They have to be understood, loved, heard. This way education becomes easier. Because they always manage to push the limits. And they don't "OBEY", they "COLABORATE"
My experience with special needs children...
I had a premature baby. So I had to learn basic rescue techniques, correct way of feeding, breastfeeding and correct ways of putting the baby to sleep. All this to ensure my daughter's integrity
