Hello, my name is Cayenne, yep it's just like the pepper! I absolutely am passionate about doing my part to make the world a better place, I never felt right working for huge corporations.
However, helping people and families just like mine feels very meaningful to me and worth all the effort. I have always loved spending time with my best friends kids and wish I had some of my own. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have so much experience as a baby sitter because fresh out of high school I knew it was something I wanted to do. I have several friends and friends of the family, who have kids and of course, I offered to take care of them any time needed. I've been doing that on and off over the years. I also worked in TN Pigeon Forge at a cabin cleaning business a few years back, at the time business was slow so I sought a family I could babysit for as well. I ended up helping a family with their newborn for a few months, it was a precious experience.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Board games or video games always seem to be pretty popular. Arts and crafts is another popular activity, hide and seek of course, tag, going to the park and getting some exercise, etc

The most important part about being a nanny...

There are several things on the list, but I think among those things is compassion and dedication. Children are the next generation of leaders and healers. Pouring into them is kind of like changing the world in a way, I feel. Making a child feel heard, seen and loved is huge not only for their mental health, but for those other lives they will impact with their presence. Having patience and discernment with this line of work is an honorable thing one can do.
