Vitamin D is super important, I do believe in getting some physical activity, if it’s outside even better. Arts and crafts are always fun, I have a big tote with a bunch of craft materials and stickers, also learning. I think it’s important to incorporate reading at an early age.

The most important part about being a nanny...

How you treat the child. The children of today are the adults of tomorrow you know? Life isn’t easy for anyone and it’s best for children to be around people who want the best for them, who actually care. And I care so that’s the most important part to me. You have to care.

My experience with special needs children...

My younger sister has Autism, some days can be more tricky than others, however I do not have any judgement to anyone, the sweetest people I’ve met have had special needs, they have a positive outlook on life and I admire that. But they are still people, they just need some extra care and someone that understands.

The most important part about being a nanny...

When my nephew finally understood the sign language I taught him. He was a quick learner and it made it so much easier for him to express his wants and needs with simply his hands haha.
