The most important part about being a nanny...
Patience is key! Littles don't know how to regulate emotions yet and it is important to stay calm during the chaos. I think staying active and engaging the kids in activities is important for their learning and development and helpful for bonding. Lastly, being a nanny means being a great a role model for the children by showing positive attitude and communication.

There are so many... The parents of the little boy I nannied did cross-fit and he would often hang out with them while they worked out. When he started pulling himself up onto everything he would mimic doing squats with a little grunt included. Definitely one of the most funny moments.
