A little bit about me

Hello!
I am twenty years old with two children, three years and 10 months. I was a nanny for a family on and off for five years with three kids. Then, I went to be an infant and toddler teacher at a Montessori Preschool, I was there for about nine months before moving to a traditional preschool and became a Lead Toddler Teacher up until my move to Texas. I’ve worked in rooms with 12-16 one year olds with a 4:1 ratio. I absolutely love working with kids!
I am also attending a fully online university for my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education, which will be completed early 2023.
I would like to be able to bring my kids with me to nanny, or have a child come to my home. My children are well behaved and very friendly! Always looking for new friends. ☺️
I am CPR & First Aid Certified (last completed August 2021 )
I am open to helping anyway I can, and am pet friendly!

I believe that to be a nanny, or anyone who works with children you must be understanding, patient, loving and caring. You have to be able to build a strong, stable and trusting bond with any children you work with.
It’s important to be open, truthful and yourself when building a family relationship as well, that way the parents can depend on you and trust you.

At my preschool we had primary groups, which was one teacher with four kids. One of my kids parents and I would always laugh and wonder what her son was saying when he would go “honey! honey” and then one day she got him on video saying “ms. caitlin my honey” and it melted my heart! He was referring to me as his honey. This was one of my favorite sweet memories!
