In high school my summer days consisted of working as a lifeguard as well as volunteering as an aid at beach lifeguarding camps, which were some of my favorite memories! We taught beach safety in fun ways for kids by incorporating games into learning, first aid, as well as how to assist someone injured. This job taught me how to balance fun and learning as well as incorporating the two!
