Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy planning fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, learning, and independence. Some of my favorites include arts and crafts, reading, sensory play, puzzles, music, outdoor walks, playground visits, and exploring local parks and libraries. I also enjoy incorporating educational activities into everyday routines while allowing children plenty of opportunities for imaginative and independent play.

The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel secure, valued, and encouraged to grow. I believe in building trust with both children and parents, respecting each family’s parenting style, and maintaining open communication. To me, being a nanny means becoming a dependable part of a child’s daily life while supporting their emotional, social, and developmental needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Some of my favorite nanny moments are when a child tells me they missed me after I’ve been away. It reminds me of the special bond we’ve built. I also love witnessing little milestones, from a baby’s first crawl to their first steps. Seeing children grow, learn, and become more confident is incredibly rewarding. Above all, knowing that a child feels safe, comfortable, and happy in my care is what makes being a nanny so meaningful to me.
