Hello! I am currently looking for live in nanny roles. I’ve always had a passion for caring for others, especially children. Growing up, I helped raise my siblings, which sparked my love for childcare at an early age. That experience led me to pursue childcare professionally, and I even went to college to further my knowledge. I truly believe children are the future, and I love investing in their growth and development.

I began working with children when I was just 12 years old, helping out in my church and eventually starting my own tutoring and childcare business. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience and have built lasting relationships with families some of whom I’ve worked with for over 6 years.

My strengths include building strong connections with children of all personalities, making learning fun and engaging, and earning the trust of both kids and their families. I’m committed to providing dependable, nurturing care that supports each child’s unique needs.

In addition to running my own nannying and tutoring business, I’ve cared for children through church programs, volunteer work, and professionally as a family crisis counselor. I’ve supported families during difficult transitions, provided emotional and behavioral support, and created structured environments where children could thrive.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love engaging children in creative and enriching activities. I always tailor activities to each child’s interests and developmental stage to keep things fun, meaningful, and engaging. It really depends on the family’s needs some families prefer their children to stay home, and in those cases, I love doing activities like building with LEGOs, painting, baking, arts and crafts, science experiments, reading stories, singing songs, and creating sensory bins. If families are comfortable with outings, I enjoy taking children to explore educational activities around the city. I also love incorporating fun learning games to help reinforce skills in an interactive and playful way.

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me, the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving space where children feel valued and supported. I work hard to build strong relationships not just with the children I care for, but with their families too because trust and connection are the foundation of great care.

My experience with special needs children...

I’ve had both personal and professional experience working with individuals with special needs. My older sister has special needs, and I’ve volunteered with children and adults during Special Olympics events as well as volunteered at care homes.
