Having an open line of communication is key and helps aide in the care of children. A parent wants someone who will treat their pride and joy as their own and would love and care for them like they would. It makes the time away from their little loves easier knowing that they have the best care.

My favorite part about being a nanny is being a huge part in their beautiful growth. I start with most of these children from infancy so helping them achieve each major milestone makes me feel I’m doing something so good. Also the bonds I form with each child is so precious and the level of love is the best! I also love the bonds I form with the family as a whole. They all become my extended family.
