The most important part about having somewhere else's kid in your care is the remember that's not your kid but at the same time you treat that kid like it's your own kid and when it comes to punishment I do time out for whatever the child's age is appropriate and if they keep on I'll call the parent.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a 30 that has autism I have a living room also that doesn't live with me that comes that has ADHD it's a hyper disorder and bipolar and she also battled with cancer when she was one up until she was four or five but she's in and remission thank the Lord so I have some experience a special needs child
