Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been caring for children since I was 13. I have a daughter Miko, she’s now 13. I connect easily with babies and children. I think they intuitively know I am a safe person and my inner child wants to play. Now that my daughter is grown I miss all of the subtle nuances of caring for a baby/child.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love engaging with them during whatever play they enjoy. Legos, tea time, running around the playground, board/card games, dress up…really anything that is fun for them.
My experience with special needs children...
I have no real experience with special needs kids. I am open to learning.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I especially love caring for babies. My fondest memory is giving baby a bottle and walking around with them to get them to sleep.
