I used to work at Barb's Baby Bootcamp in Sapulpa, it closed due to Covid-19. That work included: meal time, story time, dance and music time, diaper changing, extracurricular activities inside and outside, and school for the children over the age of 2.

Crafts, cooking, baking, sports, etc. I love turning everyday activities into a learning experience for the children, make it fun and they learn too.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Never put down the child or children you're watching/taking care of. Love and understanding are the top two characteristics anyone should have when watching kids. While disciplining make sure they understand why they're in trouble and that it's okay everyone makes mistakes and thats how we learn to treat people with understanding and kindness.
My experience with special needs children...
I've worked with special needs kids for about two years on and off i know basic ASL and am very patient with them as they require a lot of attention and assurance.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Me and the two kids I was watching built a giant fort outside with tarps and blankets I brought from home, they had so much fun and called it the clubhouse. Seeing how something so simple can bring overwhelming amounts of joy is something i strive to do.
