Hello. :)

My name is Carissa. I’m 24 years old.
I am currently looking for a part time job/full time that i would love, & found myself applying for a nanny position. I don’t have any experience in being a Nanny, but it would be my pleasure to have your family as a first. I have watched my nieces from the time they were a few months old to present day where there are now 5 and 7.
I adore kids of all ages, & am very patient, as well as loving. I enjoy being able to engage with children of all ages & watching them grow into the little independents that they are going to be in this world. I don’t mind doing housework, cooking, any of that. I have always enjoyed doing the duties that daily life requires. I have a dependable vehicle, & am also dependable myself!

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

i was a volunteer at a day care for a little over a year. As well as, watching my nieces from the age of a few months old to present day where they are now 6 & 8. :)

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I am an adult who still thrives in enjoying childlike activities! Arts & crafts, spending any time outside, wether that be going on a walk or sitting in the backyard helping the kids tap into their creative little minds, reading, watching movies. With a child’s imagination, the possibilities are endless :)

The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters to me the most about being a nanny is being a caring, loving, and trusting person to the children and parents for the times that they can not be there with their little ones. Wether that be 30 minutes or an entire day, it would be an honor to be given the opportunity to be the person who is able to step in during those times & make the kids time away from their parents a little less dreadful :)

My experience with special needs children...

About two years ago, I was a home health care provider for a young boy with cerebral palsy. It was a wonderful experience with an extremely sweet boy and his family! I would be with him from 8am-11pm Monday-Friday, along with the occasional weekends.
