I have had lack of experience with special needs but have watched children with behavioral needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was last summer the boy I cared for at the Beggining of the summer refused swim lessons, we worked on it for several week and by the end of the summer he was finally in the water and swimming and passed!! He was so proud of himself for overcoming his fears.
