The most important part of being a Nanny is understanding that raising children is also your job, that it is not just taking care of them, so assuming that responsibility that implies, that you must educate yourself on the types of parenting that exist, talk about them with the parents. about what practices they would like to be applied in their upbringing.

I think my favorite moment of being a nanny is when you create that bond with the children and also with the family. That connection that doesn't feel like an obligation but feels familiar, that makes you feel part of the family and everything flows more naturally.
