More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
For the past few years, I have work at our local community center and took care of about 10 kids at a time with 2-3 other people. I help them with arts and crafts and know how to work through big emotions and how to problem solve with the kids. It taught me how much I love helping children how to have a good time while also learning how to work on problem solving. I also have some experience with teaching and if the kids are learning a subject in school they need help on, will refresh myself on the subject and help them with it the next time I see them. It important to me that kids to do well in school and will love to make an impact anyway I can!!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing arts and crafts and have experience with fun ideas that I can do with the kids! I also think it’s important to give kids time to play outside. I am able to drive kids to the park (with parental permission) and am able to keep top quality supervision on your children. If not the park, the backyard is always a good place to play tag or explore their creative minds with their imagination. Regardless of if we play outside or inside, your kids will always be in my sight and will entertain them the best I can!
My experience with special needs children...
I may not have worked with special needs children one on one, however, I am willing to do research on the best way to work with your children and their needs. If given a list of requirements that the child needs beforehand, I will prepare with the time I am given to try and give your child the best care possible!! It’s important for me to make sure all children feel comfortable and want to do the best for your child!
