Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have raised five wonderful children, including homeschooling for more than 12 years. I was involved in Waldorf mother/child playgroups for many years and owned my own business that offered Waldorf/Montessori mother/child groups. I also briefly worked at a large daycare center, but quickly decided it wasn’t for me. I am currently a nanny for a wonderful family in Newton. I have been with them for over a year. Their little one is headed to preschool soon.

I love doing crafts and handwork with children and creating a seasonal rhythm with them. I also enjoy going on walks and making music.

My favorite moments with children always involve watching them achieve a new accomplishment. Whether it’s rolling over for the first time, taking a first step, or solving a long division problem, the smile they have when they have done something new is priceless.
