A little bit about me

Hello! I worked as a Montessori Teacher for nearly 3 years, before moving over to a local Headstart program. Unfortunately, the location was poorly managed and I ended up nannying for a family in Arkansas for almost 2 years before moving to California. Nannying was SO much fun.
I was a lead preschool teacher in the toddler room, and a lead infant teacher. I also have experience working with PreK-Kindergarten.
Working with children is such a humbling experience. Watching them grow and learn new things is so much fun. It’s some of the most wholesome and rewarding kinds of jobs. Those early years are so important for their brains, and they learn so quickly.
I currently do in home care for an older gentleman in the evenings and on the weekends. So I’m really looking for a morning-daytime position Monday-Friday.
I have a lot of patience, and find genuine joy in teaching children new things.
