I have been a nanny off and on for about 2 years now, I am currently working at Sonoran sky elementary school as a paraprofessional. I worked as a para before covid shut down the schools at Tempe High School while working there my main duty was to make sure the children were safe and doing the activities they were meant to be doing. I worked with high to low functioning students. At my current position with PV school district I work with students k-6 that require an IEP. So I work with them on tests, assignments, missing work ect.

i love to do sensory activity’s in the house as well as little arts and crafts! I also love going on walks, to the park or maybe even the zoo!

I think the most important part of being a nanny is building a relationship with child as well as the family. i think it’s so important to be close with the family you work for because it creates a comfortable environment and that allows for good communication.
