More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have six years experience with children ranging from newborns to teens. I am currently a nanny to a 5 year old boy and a 7 year old girl.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
My nanny kids are currently 4 and 6. They enjoy their swings and riding toys outside. Inside we do puzzles, art projects, play dough, sensory activities, they help me with meal prep and are learning age appropriate responsibilities such as toy pick up, putting their shoes away, putting their back packs away and feeding their pet.
The most important part about being a nanny...
For me the most important part about being a nanny is building a strong, loving bond with the children I care for. I believe it is the foundation of everything else I do. When children feel safe, loved and cared for they thrive emotionally, socially and intellectually.
My experience with special needs children...
I do not have any experience with special needs children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
It would be hard to pin point a favorite nanny moment. I enjoy watching them explore their imagination, I enjoy our conversations, I enjoy when they give me hugs and show me they enjoy being with me and I enjoy when they progress and grow and actively retain things I have taught them.

Hey! My name is Keely, I am 20 years old and i've been at UAB the last 2 years but am starting school to be a CMA in the fall! I've done various babysitting and nanny jobs since I was 15 years old and have cared for kiddos as young as 8 months and as old as 13. I do not have an official CPR certification, however, I have been trained in CPR and first aid. I have my own car as well and am able to commute and help with transportation as needed. I am available after June 1st with the exception of a few planned vacations that would require days off. Please reach out if you'd think we'd be a good fit!
Full-Time Nanny Available in Birmingham, AL: Alexandria W.
I have worked with children since I was 14 years old in various settings. Church ministries, preschool/daycares, babysitting, and I’m currently a full time nanny. My babysitting and nanny experience have been through a company named Wyndy which I’ve been on since July 2018. I had a background check completed with this company as well (if the family prefers for me to have another background check with Nanny Lane that’s perfectly fine). I’ve completed over 250 jobs over the last few years with an 4.9/5 star rating and I met my current family through this company and I’ve worked with them for 1.5 years. They’re having life transitions which doesn’t require me to work with them full time moving forward and I’m looking forward to meeting a new family that I can work with full time starting in July.
