The most important part about being a nanny...

I love being able to help create a stable, positive environment to assist parents in being able to do it all in their day-to-day life. It is so important to me to help each child learn about emotional awareness as early as possible. I feel this lays down the ground work for how they process and communicate for the rest of their lives. It is so important to give them the tools they need to navigate and understand big feelings, especially when they are small.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience working closely with a child with ASD to improve communication skills, and working alongside behavioral therapists to help the child develop and grow in positive ways.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moments are the milestones where you get to observe the child's progress! Whether it's seeing toddlers feel proud of themselves for picking out their own clothes or watching a little one transition from static play to crawling - it's all magical! I feel so lucky to be a part of each moment and helping facilitate that progress in any way I can.
