Hi families! I am a former South African au pair (with more than 6 years of experience in childcare), moving to Texas to further my education, and get a nursing degree.
I am a fun and kind person to be around. I have passion for providing exceptional care to children. My duties during my year of au pairing, in the US, were to drive the 4 kids to school, over the summer I drove to New York, and New Jersey from Connecticut with all four of the children. I am a strong driver and have been doing a lot of driving since being in the US. I would also make lunch for the kids and make sure their homework is done after school.I would always help out wherever and however I can. I am fully bilingual speaking English and Afrikaans fluently and currently learning French too! I am CPR certified and received first aid training. I have received childcare training before my departure to the US as well.
