More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Being the oldest of five siblings has taught me patience and how to connect with children of different ages. I have hands-on experience caring for children from infancy to toddlerhood.
I worked as a babysitter for a 2-year-old for 7 months, where my responsibilities included organizing both indoor and outdoor play, reading books, introducing basic math concepts, preparing lunch, and helping with bath time.
I also cared for a 3-month-old baby for 6 months while her mother was at work. I fed her, changed diapers, sang to her, and kept her engaged with age-appropriate play.
In addition, I looked after a 13-month-old child for one year, providing consistent care and support in a safe and nurturing environment.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love spending creative and joyful time with children through a variety of fun and educational activities. We enjoy playing ball games, pretend play like being animals, going shopping, or imagining magical worlds. I often organize arts and crafts activities such as coloring, drawing, painting, and making simple DIY projects. I also enjoy doing easy science experiments with kids to spark their curiosity.
Some of our favorite moments include pretend cooking, playing “grocery store,” dressing up as princesses, and hosting tea parties. I love dancing and singing with them, reading storybooks, building with blocks or Legos, doing puzzles, and exploring nature during walks or park time. My goal is always to make playtime both fun and meaningful, helping children learn while enjoying every moment together.

The most important part about being a nanny...

As the oldest of five siblings and with hands on experience caring for babies and toddlers, I’ve learned that being a nanny means more than just watching children it’s about creating a safe, loving, and joyful environment where they can grow. I’m patient, responsible, and always ready to engage little ones with fun, creative activities like baking, pretend play, arts and crafts, or outdoor adventures. I truly enjoy building strong, caring bonds with each child I care for.

My experience with special needs children...

I don’t have extensive experience with children with special needs, but I have a natural ability to connect with kids, and I’m always open and willing to learn. During my time as an au pair, I had a touching experience with my host family's niece, who is autistic. She usually doesn’t like being around new people and can react strongly if she feels uncomfortable. My host family even advised me to keep my distance during her visit.
I respected that and stayed calm and gentle, without trying to approach her but to everyone’s surprise, she came to me on her own and gave me a big hug. 🥺 It was such a beautiful moment. After that, she felt comfortable around me, and we spent time playing together. My host family was so happy and touched to see that connection happen naturally. That experience reminded me how important patience, calm energy, and respect are when caring for every

The most important part about being a nanny...

Some of my favorite moments with children are when the sun is shining and we get to play outside — kicking a ball, running around, blowing bubbles, or going on little nature walks to explore leaves, rocks, and flowers. When it’s snowing, I love building snowmen, making snow angels, and having fun in the snow together.
I also enjoy cozy indoor moments like baking cookies or cupcakes together — letting the kids help mix ingredients or decorate with sprinkles is always a highlight. With babies, I love gentle playtime like singing lullabies, tummy time with soft toys, and helping them explore sounds, textures, and movement in a calm, caring way.
Whether it’s a quiet cuddle with a book or a big laugh during a silly dance party, I always cherish the happy and warm connections I build with each child.
