Hi! My name is Chandler, and caring for children has always been something that brings me so much joy. I used to work as a preschool teacher, where I loved creating fun, safe, and nurturing environments for little ones to learn and grow. I love supporting children at this tender age as they take their first steps, say their first words, and begin to explore the world around them. My approach is gentle, patient, and play-based—focused on creating a loving, safe environment where each child feels seen, cared for, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

I love keeping things fun and engaging with the children I care for! Some of my favorite activities include playing outside, doing arts and crafts, and exploring simple science experiments that spark curiosity. I enjoy creating hands-on, creative experiences that help kids learn through play while having lots of fun along the way!!

I’ve had the meaningful experience of caring for a 3-year-old boy with severe autism, which taught me so much about patience, understanding, and the importance of meeting each child exactly where they are. I focused on creating a calm, supportive environment, using gentle routines and clear communication to help him feel safe and connected. It was incredibly rewarding to celebrate even the smallest milestones and build trust through consistency, kindness, and care.
