A little bit about me

Greetings :) My care-giving journey began in high school as a camp counselor for children with disabilities and ultimately transitioned into working in a home with young adults with similar needs. Within that time, I've also cared for two newborns and various grade school aged children. I am currently employed full time as a registration supervisor in two medical facilities, however I am looking to get back to work that feeds my soul. A "job" that gives me more of an opportunity to interact and foster growth for the youth as I pursue my degree in Organizational Leadership. I enjoy doing fun, yet educational activities with the children to assist in helping them grow as individuals. I am a former lifeguard who is CPR/BLS certified. I am aware that different age groups have different needs and I am willing to adjust my care-giving skills to accommodate accordingly.
