"Charli was wonderful with our infant. Our son immediately loved her big smile and gentle care. She did a great job rolling with the difficulties of a young baby who only wanted to do contact naps. She managed to get our (very large) son who only wanted to go to sleep by being bounced to sleep! And she fit right into our family dynamic - grandparents and great-grandparents would visit while she was taking care of the baby and she welcomed that. We really enjoyed Charli and would have loved to have her with our family longer!"

My main goal is to teach your child as well as keep them safe. I understand there is a literacy problem in the USA so I’m really focused on teaching phonics and basic math skills. I don’t believe that kids should be sitting in front of a screen all day, it hurts their brain development more than people realize. When I watch kids I only allow 1 hour of supervised screen time.
I also encourage kids to eat healthy, I’m a no bs sitter. I have explained to the pickiest of kids why they have to eat the meal that has been prepared for them and I guess when you break down the nutritional facts and explain how each component helps them grow, they stop fighting about meal times.
