The most important part of being a nanny to me is building a genuine connection with the kids and making sure they feel safe, loved, and supported. My Christian faith is a big part of who I am, and I try to live that out in the way I care for others. I also love being outside and would rather spend the day exploring, playing, or doing something creative than sitting in front of a screen.

My sweetest memories are with a child that I babysat regular for many years. I loved teaching the child how to milk goats and take care of farm animals on my family homestead.

For the past few summers, I've volunteered at Trail West Lodge, a family Young Life camp in Colorado, where I was a Kids Club teacher and got to teach 3-7yo's about Jesus! I worked as a para at a K-6th elementary school for a little over a year, I helped in every grade level. Growing up, my mom, aunt, and grandma have always had their own in home daycares, (and still do!) I've been surrounded by newborns and kids of all ages- my whole life! I adore them.
