As most people have, I have babysat my cousins and kids of my family friends! But I also have worked in a daycare which was a great experience! Between that and home health it has been my favorite thing that I have done!

What matters to me is that the kids are stilling learning and growing just as if their parents where there pouring into them. I want to give them all the love and attention they need and for them to feel like I added to their life while I was there!
My experience with special needs children...
When I worked in home health I had a girl that was 13 years old that had limited mobility so I had to help her eat bathe her change her etc and it was different from my past experiences but very fulfilling and i will never forget that experience.
The most important part about being a nanny...
So I have never specifically been a nanny before but my favorite moment working with special needs individual was when I was working with our 40 year old special needs individuals their minds had developed to about 5 years of age so we were showing them how to wash clothes which was so much fun to see them become independent at that.
